Recently I bought this cute lantern in white from IKEA. There were also black, red and green lanterns. Usually the price for the item is about $4 but since they had a discount for the IKEA-FAMILY card holders, the lantern was 30% off.
This is a really ridiculous price for such a nice piece of decor for the house. I guess that in other stores it costs way more.
Once winter is here, I always want to make my house look cozy and pretty.
We’ve already put out a Christmas tree and decorated it with fairy lights, shiny Christmas balls as well as with a Christmas wreath but still I had an impression as though there was something missing. And I’ve actually found that “piece of puzzle” which was missing. For me it was this lantern.
I usually lit it when I’m going to bed. I like watching it and quickly fall asleep. By the way, you can buy the tealights for it in IKEA too. There are a variety to choose from. I can’t remember the price now but I know they are very affordable.
The lantern looks good not only when it’s dark and I lit it, but also in the daylight when it makes my house look nicer.
Even my cat likes this Rotera lantern!
