Maybelline New York Master Drama Khol Eyeliner
It’s a good eyeliner pencil in the shade Bleu Electrique/Blue Horizon
This eyeliner is claimed to be kohl, so I bought it intentionally with a chance to use over my waterline. It isn’t a retractable eye pencil and it requires sharpening (by the way there are no problems with sharpening indeed ). The nib of the pencil is fairly soft.Read more
