Hey guys! I’ve heard a good deal about this eyeliner, but I didn’t have time to go and grab it, because I was still using my old Golden Rose eyeliner that is not even on the same playing field as this stuff. Now I know it.
This eyeliner is claimed to be kohl, so I bought it intentionally with a chance to use over my waterline. It isn’t a retractable eye pencil and it requires sharpening (by the way there are no problems with sharpening indeed ). The nib of the pencil is fairly soft.
