Hello!
I’m deeply impressed with my purchase!
Why do we love makeup? It helps us to look gorgeous and also makes us feel good.
And why do we love high-end makeup? Personally, I cherish it for the packaging, unhacked shades and of course for the quality.
And what do we love niche for? For exclusiveness, history and product appearance. And the quality for sure.
Elegant, hatted cardboard box - this is what the packagings of many Rouge Bunny Rouge products look like. Matte and strict design.
English posh as it is.
Even the white sponge has the branded sign on it. For me, it’s useless however, a nice feature still.
I won’t use it because I find this sponge too thin. Besides, I’m more into brushes when it comes to my makeup.
Inside, it has a rounded powder compact.
I bet I’ll save the box and later will probably use it as a jewelry box or present it to my niece. When I was a little girl, it was so pleasant to get such things from my mum. They were a real treasure for little me.
The powder casing is a glossy compact with the branded logo and a magnet closure. The back of it shows the shade number #007. Nothing too much! Bravo!
Let’s open the compact and here is our powder bronzer! Edging, interesting print.
For a very long time, I was walking around bronzing powders. Usually, they’re either shimmering and glowing or dead matte. For my fair skin, it was trouble to find a suitable shade.
One day, it was meant in the stars that this product from Rouge Bunny Rouge was in stock.
Swatches: on the left in the sun, on the right in the shadow.
Have a closer look at the shade. It’s rather fair, almost matte yet still adorned with the finest golden shimmer. The grain is the smallest here. The product is well-pressed, so it won’t dust when I apply if.
In the sun, this shimmer isn’t too obvious on my skin. It glows only when I move.
In the shadow, you’ll see it’s a smooth texture that doesn’t apply with patches. I can even see that the bronzer smoothed out the uneven tone of my tan. It doesn’t accentuate my pores, even though they’re always big. The powder applies like a dream.
The Rouge Bunny Rouge caught me with its elegant packaging and reserved color composition.
