My skin is mixed, T-zone with enlarged pores.
Right here I want to say that I describe only my own impressions of this product and only the way it performs on my skin. If it doesn’t coincide with yours, it’s great then.
First of all, I have to say that this foundation applies and blends out really well. But, the negative thing is that the foundation settles into my pores over any face primer - highlighting or pore correcting. Of course, there are a lot of products which show the same results on my skin. But the SEPHORA one made me frustrated. To top it off, the product accentuates flaking even in those places where I had no idea that it existed. I’ve never had a foundation to perform this way. It can hide only the smallest skin blemishes, it’ll never do anything about reddening.
As for the wear time, it’s claimed to be a 10-hour wear foundation. Nothing of a kind. Within 7 hours my skin look leaves much to be desired. It either flows out or sinks into my skin, leaving ugly patches, which look terrific from a close distance.
When I touch my face with my fingers, it feels sticky. And it all happens even if I apply the product with the lightest layer. Sometimes it stains my clothes and hats, for example.
So, my experience with this Sephora foundation can be called “Sephora’s disappointment”. I don’t know why, but I really wanted to fall for this brand. =(. Recently I also had a look at their highlighters but after such a negative experience with this foundation, I just couldn’t dare to buy any. I was too afraid to waste my money again.
