Hello! Today I want to tell you about a lipstick from the renewed Shiseido collection. Shiseido Modern Matte Powder Lipstick in the color #521 Nocturnal. The color is dope - vinous-brown. I adore such shades. I’ve got a similar lippie from NYX in the color Rome in my collection.
The casing has a magnet, which holds the top cap safely. The texture isn’t dead matte, I’d say it’s more like cream-matte if it’s possible to say so about a lipstick. 
It wears comfortably and my lips never feel dry with it. The staying power is like of many stick lipsticks. It isn’t transfer-proof but it is able to live through a cup of tea with a cookie.
The lipstick offers a rather strange thin cut, which I don’t like because it makes the application right from the stick too tricky. I’m still more into classy cut lippies. :)The application is smooth and my lip skin isn’t dragged after the stick.

But once I press my lips together, the formula spreads evenly.
In the end, I want to say that I love this product.
It’s obvious that it can’t have a liquid matte lipstick staying power but it isn’t matte either. I appreciate that it doesn’t dry out my lips or feather like many other cream formulas. Moreover, the color line-up has a lot of shades to choose from. Everyone will find a match.
