This is my jubilee eyeshadow palette that I received as a thank you present for purchasing Smashbox products.
Packaging: black base with speckling lilac eyeshadows on it. There’s a mirror inside and the top cap closes with a magnet.
The palette comprises of 2 matte shades of a bigger size and 6 satins.
The weight of the product - 7.8g, which is much bigger in comparison with the Major Metals eyeshadow palette that only has 6.2g.
Shades:
Dope - matte beige
Hero - skin matte shade
Lights - fair-beige satin color
Hotline - satin beige
Turned On - rose gold, satin color
Psyched - satin warm-brown
Rock Stars - aubergine satin shade
Stare - cool satin brown
Application: the quality of the products is out of this world - the matte shades apply smoothly as well as blend out. They never leave any patchy finish behind or fall out or crease.
The satin shades are super soft and easy to pick up with my finger and brushes.
The shade Dope is ideal as a transition color. It can be used for almost any makeup with any eyeshadow palette.
As for me, it feels like the palette lacks one more warm-toned matte brown color for outer Vs darkening. So, I have to complete my makeup only with satin shades.

The shades used:
Rock Stars for my mobile lid
Turned On in the inner corners
Dope for blending
I applied the purple shade from the Major Metals palette along my lower lash line.

The palette is fantastic quality-wise. And I can’t say anything negative about any shade. Yet, I find it a bit boring for me. Such makeups aren’t my cup of tea. It’s more like an addition to some accenting eyeshadows. If you need a simple office and everyday-wear eyeshadow palette, then I can recommend it to you.
