Hello world!
I fell for the Too Faced brand once they started releasing their hyped Сhocolate Bars eyeshadow palette. I’ve always been dreaming of trying out some other products from the brand too.
The design of all their makeup is cute and pleasant to look at.
Today I want to share my thoughts on the Too Faced Peach Perfect Loose Setting Powder.
So, let’s get it started.
NAME: Too Faced Peach Perfect Loose Setting Powder.
PRICE: $33
PRODUCT SAYS:
Universal peach-tinted powder works to brighten skin and create a silky smooth matte canvas.
Modern, comfort matte formula
Feather-light, universal peach tint
14 hour wear
Oil and shine free
Transfer-resistant
Great for under eye baking
You know, the product does live up to all the promises it gives.
PACKAGINGIt’s a big round jar with a screw-on top cap.
Inside, they placed a sifter so as to make the use of it more convenient. The top cap is nice, completely inspired by the branded design of this Peaches collection.
The jar was housed into a beautiful branded thick paper box.
TEXTURE
The powder here is loose, so it’s really pleasant to the touch and unbelievably soft. The powder applies with ease over my skin, yet giving it no flat finish. On the contrary, my complexion looks natural and glowing with health.
SHADE
It’s pretty fair with a beautiful off-white sheen. It’ll be good for everyone with fair complexion.
SMELL
The powder smells like a sweet peach. I adore this smell and always use this powder with pleasure. For me, this powder application is the most pleasant part of my makeup routine.
LASTING POWER
I use it to set my makeup, so I apply it on top of my foundation. I also use it for baking. Just pat a lot of the powder with a brush, wait for about a minute to let it set and after that wipe off the overabundance.
MY IMPRESSIONS OF USE
I love how it sets my makeup. My face doesn’t look doll-ish with it on.
The finish is velvet and glowing.
If I apply it with one thin layer, then the effect is so natural. If you layer it on your face, then it looks too heavy and unnatural.
The spending of the product is minimal. I use it for a couple of months and I use it a lot. There’s still as much of it as was the day I bought it.
The coverage doesn’t pack thick, hence the spending is minimal. I guess it’ll go for more than 2 years for sure. 😂😅
After the product application:
PROS:
- pleasant shade
- it doesn’t dry out my skin
- no mask-esque finish
- I don’t detect the coverage on my face
- it doesn’t settle into my wrinkles
- the spending is minimal
CONS:- I can’t think of any!
OVERALL: Earlier before, I didn’t welcome loose powders in my makeup because they aren’t compact and not travel-friendly.
The Too Faced Peach Perfect Setting power is so long-wearing and nice, that I don’t even have to touch it up throughout the day. That’s why it’s my fave.
I can highly recommend it for everyone!
