Hey there!
I longed to try out this bath bomb after all those videos and reviews I’d seen.
Price: $7.95
Ingredients:
Sodium Bicarbonate Citric Acid Popping Candy (Isomalt, Lycasin, Carbon Dioxide) Fragrance Cream of Tartar (Potassium Bitartrate) Water (Aqua) Peppermint Oil (Mentha Piperita) Grapefruit Oil (Citrus Paradisi) Vetivert Oil (Vetiveria Zizanoides) Cedarwood Oil(Juniperus Virginiana) Sodium Laureth Sulfate Lauryl Betaine *Limonene *Linalool Snowflake; Lemon Ice and Gold Glimmer Lustre(Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Titanium Dioxide, Yellow 10 Lake, Yellow 5 Lake, Iron Oxides, Tin Oxide) Blue 1 Red 28
My thoughts:
1. I find the price a bit too high. I know it’s fragrant, natural, unusual and so on and so forth, but it’s a one time pleasure. I know there are people who divide it in two parts but I didn’t dare.
2. It’s supposed to be an awesome show or an awesome skin care, there is no third choice.
3. It melts within 5 minutes
4. It does it like any regular bath bomb.
5. The smell is amazing, so fresh and invigorating and lasts on my skin. My bathroom is so fragrant after it! I love it!
6. Leaves no residue on the bathtub. There are glitters but they can be easily washed off with a shower
7. The water is blue, then the color becomes more saturated and non-transparent. There are so many glitters, white and pink stuff but actually, I regretted spending money on it.
8. After bath time, my skin wasn’t smooth or soft. It glittered, though.
The bottom line: Don't expect too much from this thing. It think it isn’t worth the hype and I’m sure I’ll never buy this bath bomb again.
