This brand is actually new for me and my hair styling.
I knew about this brand thanks to Instagram about 2 months ago. There was a blogger who was giving a tutorial on how to make hair look textured and gritty very quickly at home with this product by the OUAI.
The brand has been around for a little bit more than a year now and its owner is a world-wide known Hollywood hair stylist Jen Atkin, who is actually an official hair stylist of such stars as Jennifer Lopez, Hadid sisters, Katy Perry and many others. Her motto is that hair must look as natural as possible.
So, to start my acquaintance with the brand I bought two products to start with: Wave Spray and Dry Texture Foam.
Right here I want to say that it’s really tough to surprise me at times, but after using these products, the only thing that I can say is Wow, wow, wow.
So, the size of this product is 5.8 oz (165g) and it is actually a dry hair foam.
Apply it to your dry hair: on the roots to make it look more voluminous and fluffed up or apply all over the length of your hair to make it look more textured. I don’t even have to use a blow dryer after using this foam. The product is enriched with proteins, which are in the components of the products and they are here to create the effect of texture on my hair, making it look natural and not weighted down at all. Thanks to all these factors my hair looks textured and beautiful. This is all about the unique formula of the product which allows us to create such a trendy “out of bed” effect on our hair very easily. Yet at the same time, it’ll still be possible to comb hair, because there isn’t any stickiness, which so many similar products usually show.
The product appeared on the market in the middle of April 2018 and quickly started to gather fans all over the country.
The foam is paraben- and cruelty-free.
I can say that the spending of this foam is a definite advantage. It goes a really long way, plus gives a nice and fresh aroma to my hair.
