If you ever ask me what shampoo I prefer, I’ll definitely say:"Shiseido!". Only in Shiseido products I can find the adequate correlation of price and result tag. For some years already the TSUBAKI shampoo has been living in my bathroom and once it’s used up I always buy the refill.
My favorite line is Shining, as it works wonders with my hair, but today I’d like to tell you about my new love from the Extra Moist line.
I don’t know why, but I used to buy this shampoo only in the bottles exclusively. Until one day I understood that it was just a waste of money and since then I buy the refills only. And now I can see the point why they say that the product is rather cheap! The refill (especially if you manage to find some good discount it will cost you a half the usual mass market shampoo). What a bargain!

There is silicone in the ingredients, as in many other shampoos. But I’m not against silicone at all. On the contrary - I like them. My hair looks smooth and shiny if I washed it with silicone infused shampoo, while organic ones make my hair look dull and frizzy.
The refill didn’t cost me a fortune and the quality is insane. The only problem was to find the right bottle to put the product in. I have it left from my previous shampoo from a golden collection.
The process of putting the product into a bottle is very easy. All you need to do is to tear a corner from the refill pack and here you’ll see the convenient “neck” to pour the product without any loss.
Consistency-wise the product is like any other shampoo. It’s thick and lathers well. The color is white mother-of-pearl and it smells like a sweet camellia. It isn’t obtrusive and I like it so much. The smell stays on well like I’ve visited some expensive hair salon, but still I can feel my perfume’s smell, so they don’t interact.
And the most important is of course the result. The main role of any shampoo is to make our hair clean. And this one does this job wonderfully. It rinses out everything - hair oils, lacquers, styling products. And there’s never a feeling that my hair is dried out.
I didn’t notice the promised Extra Moist, though. But still I’m delighted with the result. My hair is smooth, soft to the touch and shiny. Besides, my scalp stays clean way longer than usually without any loss of the root volume. There’s no itching feeling or irritation to it, which I usually have even if I use the child’s shampoo. No such reaction with this one.
This is so great when your family knows exactly which shampoo is your favorite. Once I used this one up, my mum presented me with the new shampoo and conditioner. I was so happy that they were in bottles and that I don’t have to find any bottle for the conditioner. 
This is how the entire collection looks like. They differ only in colors. The new bottle is opaque and red. It looks so stylish in my bathroom!
Of course the shampoo is a thing that may flatter one and be irritating or bad for the other. But as for me, the Shiseido Extra Moist is the best.
