It’s a little bit out of my theme but I want to speak about an affordable brush from Sigma E40. It’s an awesome blending brush which I use every day.
A super-soft brush that blends and buffs colour seamlessly onto the eyelid. The E40 Tapered Blending Brush is ideal for blending loose and pressed powder shadows into the crease of the eye and is easy to manoeuvre thanks to its longer bristles, gently fanned-out shape and lightness.
About the price
The brush is rather affordable and costs $17. I know that about a year ago it had a higher price tag.
About the packaging
The triangle plastic boxes are definitely a branded feature. But honestly, I can’t see any point in them except for bringing the brush home from a store. The box was sealed and it also had all the necessary product info on it.
About the brush
This brush has one of the longest handles out of all that I have ever had. And it even seems to be the handiest to use. The handle is made of wood and it’s really neat - all the details here are thin and thought-out.
The bristles are synthetic and they are easy to pick my eyeshadows up with. If you love shaping your eye makeup, then this brush is perfect for that. The blending with it always looks perfect regardless of the eyeshadows I use.
Here you can see that I blended out the shape:
While here I added some color. And that’s it! My simple and everyday go-to makeup is done!
About the ethical aspect
The brand loves animals and never hurts them.
Overall
Are you looking for a good blending brush which will last forever? Then, pay attention to the Sigma brand. Their brushes are able to live through any washing and trial.
