It was packed with a cardboard box but since I was too curious to get it out, I tore the cover without taking any beautiful pictures of it.
There’s a lot of the product in the tube. By the way, it’s pretty big and chubby.
The sponge is average in thickness. It’s slanted and it doesn’t shed, thank God.
Texture- Liquid gold. I have to be very careful with it.
You can blend it out to almost undetectable finish but you’ll have to be very quick and super active to do it.
I apply it with the featured sponge and then blend out with my fingers. If I blend it out with a sponge or a synthetic brush, the finish is so vibrant, as though I dove into the 90s disco glitter.
For instance, I want to show you a picture where I applied the tiniest drop of the product on my cheekbones and patted it in with my fingers.
I think it looks dope! I can’t say that it’s super delicate but still, no one has called me from orbit yet, demanding to turn that glow down.
And here’s the application with a thick brush. I applied and blended out the product with it over my brow bone.
The coverage is thick and somehow messy. My skin texture is defined and it even appears aging.
It takes 2 of my breaths in for highlighter to dry down, so be quick while working with it.
The staying power is throughout the day. The finish is beautiful indoors as well as outside in the sun.
Hello there! For Christmas, Santa brought me a bag full of beauty presents. Among them, I found this set of liquid highlighters from The Balm. By the way, these are my first and very longed-for liquid highlighters. :)The packaging is cute and absolutely run in The Balm design.
