Pros: doesn’t look like a mask, doesn’t oxidize, lightweight, long-lasting, moisturizing, wide range of colors
Cons: pricey

Darlings, get perfect coverage in a lightweight formula! My Light Wonder Foundation in 6 Medium features ingredients to give you minimised pores, decreased wrinkles, hydrated, smooth & illuminated skin.

Hello dear ladies!

I am all raves about Korean and Japanese cosmetic products. And I can say that I’ve been using them for more than 10 years already.

But I am also a huge fan of star make-up artist Charlotte Tilbury. I was so excited when she released her own products by her own brand! At once I ordered four products of hers. And now I’m looking forward to the Black Friday sale so I can spend all my salary there. Laughing out loud

A while ago I wrote a review of the Micro-Powder by her and today the hero of my review is Light Wonder Foundation SPF 15.

  • Place of buying: official website

  • Price: $45

All Charlotte’s products are packed beautifully. They look gorgeous and of course cost a fortune. Her products will definitely provide you with much attention, I know that for sure Smile

I’m very happy about the SPF 15

➤ ❗ Fair-skinned girls! This information is for you. You know how difficult it is sometimes to find a really fair foundation product. All the products that supposed to be “Ivory” are actually too dark or something.

✖ ❗ It’s such a common practice that I read a review of one of the other high-end foundations and they all write that the color matches fair skin gorgeously. In the end I could end up buying the products that is 1 or even 1.5 tones darker than mine!

What am I leading to? My idea is that all the fairest colors in Charlotte’s line are really fair. They can even look lighter than the Korean BB/CC cushions!

My color is “Fair”

The coverage is rather sheer but build-able.

This product will make your face look more beautiful, as it’ll blur away any imperfections and give me that trendy “dewy” finish.

The staying power is average. Better than any product of that type. If I settle this foundation with a powder, it’ll stay on till evening. But not 12 hours as any foundation of pro-long wear.

My skin is dry and sensitive. Only in summer I have an oily T-zone. I can’t say that it brings me any troubles. The only thing I sometimes face with is flaking. But I know how to struggle with it, anyway. This is a pic of how the foundation looks on my face:

Charlotte advises us to apply this foundation with a brush or fingertips.

And I side with her completely! Never even try to apply this product with a beautyblender! The spending will be 2 times more!

Advantages:

Smile Lightweight texture that isn’t felt on the skin

Smile doesn’t oxidize while wear

Smile good staying power

Smile provides my skin with a trendy dewy finish

Smile moisturizes well

Smile economical product (if you don’t apply it with a beautyblender)

And the only disadvantage is the price. Although the product is worth it, I still know that not every girl is ready to splurge on the foundation with such a sum.

In my opinion this foundation will flatter any skin type, except oily maybe, since the dewy finish isn’t a good option for those. I use this product very rarely, as I love Korean cushions more. Smile
