It was a purchase on a whim when I grabbed this Clarins Skin Detox Fluid.
They had discounts at that time and when I saw this handy pump and breathed in its pleasant smell, I knew I’d buy it. Plus the SPF 25 is also an important factor. :)The pump is really handy. I’ve never had such pumped products before, that’s why the spending of my BB creams was always enormous.
But, let’s pass over to my first impressions and product promises. :)The maker states that the product is lightweight, moisturizing and non-comedogenic. And yes, don’t forget about the SPF here.
I was so stunned when I applied it for the first time and it not only smeared dreadfully over my skin but also accentuated all the dry patches, which didn’t even seem to be there before. Besides it looked like I applied it with huge strokes and didn’t blend out. Yet, the texture was really gentle and lightweight. At that moment I even had an impression that it didn’t match my skin color at all.
By the way, it was late fall when I tested it out for the first time. After that I put it aside and eventually forgot about it.
One day in summer I was going to attend an event, when I accidentally took this product from the bottom of my makeup pouch. 
At that time I didn’t have any alternative, but to use this product to conceal my pale complexion. And yes, a miracle was there!!! The product applied beautifully and matched my complexion 100% + SPF, do you remember? All the product's actions lived up to the promises. Therefore, I conclude that this fluid is seasonal. However, it may also depend on the skin type, you know. As for me I can assure you that I always keep my skin hydrated, especially in winter.
All in all, now this is one of my go-to products for summer makeup. I also love carrying it with me while travelling to the seaside. (I’m not accustomed to applying my body SPF lotion over my face). Highly recommended, though I still have to take off one star for the seasonal aspect.
