Dior Addict Lip Maximizer Lip Gloss is probably one of the most popular lip products so far. Many girls purchase everything with the words ‘volume’ and ‘lips’ just to follow the fashion and beauty world. But is this lip gloss really able to do anything about your natural lips? Let’s figure it out!
The design of the tube is simple yet beautiful. The plastic material is sturdy and the cap closes with a click. On the well-known cap there is a logo, the CD letters.

However, all shades are pretty much the same, because they primarily have a semi-sheer finish.
As opposed to the classy Dior lip glosses this version has a handy sponge applicator, not a brush.
It picks up the required amount easily and spreads it out evenly.
The consistency is pretty thick and oily. It applies to my lips in a thin coat and feels a little bit stinging. A slightly cooling sensation that I get after 30 seconds after applying is thought to make my lips look plumper, as it increases blood flow.
However, it doesn’t really work with my lips. I don’t get real volume, yet they look visually fuller and more sexual thanks to a beautiful and nice gloss.
The Lip Maximizer is pale-pink in the packaging, but transparent on my lips. Plus, it ensures quite a whitening effect.
It doesn’t bleed, crease or form a white streak in between my lips. More than that, it doesn’t emphasize my dry patches but helps deal with them on the contrary!
The Lip Maximizer provides good care to my lips. It moisturizes them really well and protects them from chapping in the freezing cold. If you have dry patches, it smoothes them out after a few applications.
The wear time is 2-3 hours. Then it absorbs into my lips and makes them look beautiful and healthy.
It doesn’t go a long way, especially using it every day. I’m on my second tube for the time being. The first one lasted me about 7 months of active using.
It’s up to you to decide, if the Dior Addict Lip Maximizer worth its money. In my opinion, it is!
I like everything about it beginning from application to lip caring properties and effect on my lips. I will definitely repurchase it as soon as the second tube runs low.
