As a loyal fan of the Estee Lauder brand, I’m absolutely sure of the brand’s products and their quality and all other advantages but until relatively recently I used to use their skincare only: the iconic serum, eye cream, moisturizers, these are my all-time faves and go-to products on a daily basis.
But somehow their makeup has never been in my eyesight before until recently.

It seems odd that such a cool idea of a hybrid brush has never crossed the minds of the manufacturers before: this brush hits two targets at once - those who are into classy mascara brushes and those who are into silicone bristles and know how to work with it.
I can’t put myself into any category for sure because I always have many different mascaras and I use them in accordance with my mood. (It feels like the Chanel mascara has stolen my heart forever). But the idea of a hybrid brush seems to be the most successful ever. This brush is nice to use. The most important thing is to find the right way to handle it.

The mascara is creamy in texture. It’s well pigmented, it’s really jet black. The application is smooth and the finish is awesome: here the name of the product speaks for itself - everyone will envy your lashes. This mascara is to get popping, bright and bold lashes in the finish.
You can use any side of the brush to your liking or use them both even, it all depends on your desire. You can apply the product with the furry side of the brush and them comb them through for more standing out and long lashes with another brush. Or you can do it visa versa. Since they say it’s okay to pack it during the day, you can always apply a lesser amount for your job and then add more mascara closer towards the evening. As for me, this mascara has never clumped or anything when I apply the second coat.

It’s very important to note that the product doesn’t fall out at all or stain my lids during the day. If you live in a damp climate or love watching sad films, there’s a waterproof version of the product. But I don’t like such things. Here, I’m to speak about this mascara and I still haven’t tested it with damp or sweltering weather conditions or when there's a snowstorm.
In fact, after use of this Pure Color Envy Lash Mascara, my lashes don’t look stiff as it may usually happen with other mascaras. Here, they always stay soft, pliant and silky. I don’t even know how to describe that finish right.

For me, it seems to be lasting a long time even though I’ve got a deluxe sample and use it a lot. Let’s not speak of the standard 6ml tube.
Definitely, the Pure Color Envy Lash mascara is a worthy product by the brand. It has never let me down. Besides the obvious pros, this mascara also prompts for experiments and pushes for new finishes and results all the time, even though you still have one and the same product. The idea is awesome!
