I buy a lot of foundation products and I always need this or that thing from each item. This time I needed a foundation for everyday wear.
I need: a product of a lightweight texture, which doesn’t accentuate flaky skin, it should contain skin-friendly components, SPF and, of course, it must flatter my skin tone.
My skin is really fair and it’s tough to find the right foundation shade for me, especially from high-end brands, which won’t look yellow on me. And I decided to stop on this Estee Lauder product. I picked up the shade at a guess, I mean it was the fairest from the collection because I don’t like to take the risk.
The foundation tube was packed with a beautiful silver cover box of a thick cardboard material. The tube itself is rather heavy. It’s made of glass while the top cap is plastic.
The pump is of silver color and it looks posh and alluring. I have the fairest shade from the collection that is called 1С1 Cool Bone.
When my product was delivered at first, I was afraid that it would look too yellow over my skin because it didn't look fair in the tube at all. The formula of the product is runny and standard for the brand. I apply it mostly with a BeautyBlender or any other sponge, which I dampen with water beforehand. I didn’t like the brush application since it left a lot of nasty streaks behind. This is how the product looks like:

HOW TO USE
Shake well, then apply using our exclusive "face flower" technique:
Smooth a few drops of makeup over center of face and nose, blending outward, one section at a time, over forehead, each cheek and chin, until perfectly even.
Right off the bat, I want to say that I don’t hunt for all those anti-aging components because my skin isn’t aging. And in general, I don’t believe that a foundation is active enough to fight any signs of aging. However, there are many active ingredients here, antioxidants and vitamins here which will be friendly for any skin type and maybe even delay aging. 
As for the coverage, I’d say that it’s from light to medium. If you apply it with a thin layer, the product won’t conceal anything. If you apply some more, then the reddening and small skin blemishes will be hidden but nothing more.
So now the pictures of my skin.
I don’t have pimples but I have many moles, spots, reddening and uneven skin tone.

The product makes my skin glowing from within! It matches my skin tone perfectly well and I can see that it’s really fair! It’s easy to distribute, it doesn’t oxidize, smear and it holds on the whole day. But I set it with a powder. I don’t appreciate all that glow because I think that my skin looks oily then.
My skin is normal, more dry maybe that’s why it’s so important that my foundation doesn’t accentuate flaking patches. To top it off, the product never tightens my skin or dries it out! I don’t detect it on my skin, because the formula feels comfortable.
It doesn’t provoke any rash, pore clogging or anything! The product does exactly what it promises! It stays put for the whole day. Waterproof.
Do I recommend this foundation! Yes, I do! It’s an ideal option for everyday wear. Skin-friendly components, coverage, comfort, SPF, protection, everything is perfect about it! But! It won’t flatter oily skin. No.
The product is pricey. If you ask me for a cheaper swap, I’d say that the Rimmel foundation, which has a blue cap is more or less identical with this one. Besides, it offers higher SPF there.
