Today I want to tell you about a Korean CC Cream - Etude House Moistfull SUPER Collagen. In winter it’s especially difficult for me to find a good foundation, which will smooth, moisture and protect my skin all at the same time. If you’ve ever been faced with such a problem, I really recommend paying attention to this product.
General information about the product
1. Net Wt 80 ml, made in South Korea. Expires 12 months after opening.
2. Packaging. It’s hermetically packed, with a convenient pump, which swirls around very easily. The tip doesn’t block up. The cream is also packed in a carton box, where you can find all necessary information about the ingredients, how to apply etc. It has a simple, discrete design.
3. Ingredients.
According to the manufacturer, the cream contains 30% collagen, adenosine and baobab extract.
Collagen fills your skin with elasticity, and doesn’t give it to loose shape. Collagen fibers sustain our skin from the inside, give it freshness and smoothness, that’s why collagen is so important in keeping the skin young. It can absorb and keep water deeply in skin, which gives your skin the feeling of constant moisture. And that is a very important factor in reducing wrinkles.
Niacianamid is a very effective skin-restoring ingredient that offers multiple benefits for aging skin. Among these benefits is the ability to visibly improve the appearance of enlarged pores, uneven skin tone, fine lines, dullness, and a weakened skin surface. Niacinamide can also mitigate the damage environmental attack can cause, and is stable in the presence of heat and light.
Adenosine is an yeast-derived ingredient that functions as a good soothing and skin-restoring agent. Adenosine has proven anti-wrinkle benefits due to its ability to energize skin’s surface so it looks smoother and younger. Naturally present throughout the body, adenosine is a beneficial ingredient all skin types can use.
Baobab extract contains high concentration of citric, tartaric and ascorbic acids. It’s the perfect anti-oxidizing agent and soft exfoliator. It moisturizes deep in skin, gives lifting effect, rises elasticity of the skin and encourages wrinkles decrease.

Consistency. It’s rather liquidy, creamy. It reminds me of milky cleansing lotion. The cream has a very light flower scent.

My impressions and the result.
When I applied this cream for the first time I was quite surprised by its liquid consistency: it reminds me of a foundation because of the color, it doesn’t have a white color like many other CC creams. I was also a bit confused by the color tone, it was dark, but all my doubts disappeared when I applied it. The cream adapts really quickly, and a few moments later the foundation looked fairly natural.
Let’s have a look at some major characteristics.
The color.
I chose 02 Natural Beige. I was surprised by the factor of choosing the shade, as I’m used to white CC creams.
I applied it with my fingers, because of the liquid consistency, I find that the best way, as the cream is easy to apply without blending and the edges are almost invisible. And I think that the beauty blender will “eat” all the product, so you’ll need to use a lot of it which is not very economical.
It gives medium coverage. Conceals pimples, redness and enlarged pores. It requires a primer, as it will not hide all imperfections itself.
This CC cream reminds me of a light version of Clinique Beyond Perfecting Foundation +Concealer. It moisturizes and doesn’t define dryness, which really surprised me.
Despite the good coverage, it looks natural it doesn't settle into fine lines like Clinique.
It’s better to apply the CC cream on a good primer. Usually I use MAC or Korean ones, and as a result I get a long-lasting effect.
What season will it be great for? I think winter-autumn because of its moisturizing effect. During frosty weather I use Clinique Beyond Perfecting Foundation +Concealer, but when it’s especially cold outside Etude House Moistfull SUPER Collagen CC Cream will be perfect.
Who will it suit? Everybody. I think, that is the best winter foundation. It provides moisture, conceals imperfections, gives healthy careful look. It has SPF33, PA++ and blends easily without any brushes. I especially recommend it to the girls who have wrinkles, CC creams can provide good coverage and doesn’t fall into the creases.
