This is my first highlighter. I’ve been using it for 2 years and I still keep using it.
Design. It’s a classic MAC designed black compact. It closes with a click.
Texture-wise the product is a thick cream if you use it all the time, it becomes more like a melted butter in consistency. Sometimes I just forget about it and it just lies somewhere about my case. So, if I don’t use it a lot, the texture becomes more stiff butter-like, as if just taken out from a fridge.
Shade - white pearl color with no glitter.
This one is a rather bright highlighter if you look at a macro shot. It’s perfect for photoshoots, as it gives a bright and obvious sheen, as though from the pages of a magazine. But still it’s rather wearable in daily life, as it can be blended out easily even with fingertips.
The product is very longwearing by the way and transfer-proof.
The Luna shade will be ideal for those with fair skin tone, as it’s obviously cool-toned. But even though I’m not pale in complexion and have warm skin undertones, this highlighter looks great on me. Yet, I’d have opted for the Pearl or Shell shades if I were tanned.
