Today I’ll tell you about an eyeshadow palette which hooked me with its universal use - The city mini palette in the shade #420 urban jungle.

Packaging: bad quality. Look at the first picture. The lower part of the rim on the left had smudged and stained all other products that I had in my bag with it. This is probably the first time that I saw such a shitty packaging of eyeshadows.
Consistency: all the shades are well pressed. When I pick them up with an applicator, they don’t fall out.
Pigmentation: 4 stars out of 5. That’s more than enough for daytime makeup.
Staying power: 5 out 5. On me, these eyeshadows are able to stay put when it’s even sweltering, given that my eyelids are normal.
The color selection is olive here. These shades will suit almost any eye color.

The palette has all the shades but green shimmering. Some of them are more shimmer packed, the first, the third and the fourth shades. The yellow hue is very intense and it’ll work for evening makeups most of all, I guess. Also, I couldn’t make up my mind on how to fit that off-white shade in my makeup. Insta pages say it’ll be great as a base shade. I haven’t tried it yet.

Most frequently, I use a small damp brush to draw lines with these shades. When you do your eyeliner with eyeshadows, the finish is softer and they’re always better to blend out to the desired finish. Also, you can build the color or deepen it.

I don’t make up my eyelashes and brows at all, so my eyeliner is the only accent in my makeup.
All the dark shades will play well for the dark crease and outer Vs.
Overall: these eyeshadows are definitely awesome for the $11.99 price tag. They’re the best option for daily wear.
I give it 4 stars only because of that not actually wearable off white shade and bad quality paint on the palette.
