Hello makeup junkies! My favorite brand NARS released an all-new collection of eyeshadow singles which I couldn’t help but test out. :):)The product comes in 60 shades which can be also divided into 4 groups:
neutral - basic shades, satin finish
metallics - metallic sheen finish
pops of color - bold shades
glitter - shiny finish
The ingredients list:
TALC, CETEARYL ISONONANOATE, STEAROXY DIMETHICONE, CETYLACETATE,ACETYLATED LANOLIN ALCOHOL, ISOPROPYL LANOLATE, BHA, METHYLPARABEN, PROPYLPARABEN, TRICLOSAN.
In the store, I swatched almost all the shades but in the end, I opted for this glitter shade of course. It’s called HELLCAT and has an olive hue.
Packaging:
It’s standard black and matte as always and made of thick paper. Inside, it had a soft-touch plastic case with an eyeshadow. The case has a tiny mirror. I can’t get what it’s for.
However, this case is beneficial because it’ll never be a problem to take the refill out, which might be an issue sometimes with other palettes or cases. All I have to do is to press the case on the back and the refill will come out. That’s awesome if you’re a makeup artist. Nothing complicated, everything is ready within moments!

Price:
Usually, it retails for $19 for an item but I got it for free being a participant of the 1+1 offer at the beauty store when I bought a foundation from the brand too.

Texture:
It’s pleasant, silky smooth to the touch and easy to apply. If I apply it with my finger, the coverage is thicker then. But if I do a brush application, the finish is more subtle and lightweight.
I wish I could show you the beauty of this shade through the camera. (a swatch over my non-primed skin)

Results:
This shade is perfect to wear alone. All I have to do is to use some other blending shade to wipe off the edges.

It’s also nice as an accent shade for the lower lids, especially for olive or green eyes.
Overall thoughts:
The shades from the collection are dope and various but the price is an issue.
I can recommend you go for a couple of unique shades (at least for your own makeup bag) or fit them into a magnet palette.
That might be hefty price-wise but you’ll get the unique shade that you chose yourself.
Still, they’re a good option only if you’re a makeup geek, of course.
