When I was gifted with a NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP certificate, I already knew that I needed a lipstick of lightweight texture for me.
The sales girl at the store advised me to pay attention to the Plush Gel Lipstick by NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP.
Shade:
#08 DIME PIECE. It’s such a gentle and pink color that it really looks like an ash rose.
It looks amazing on my lips.
All in all there are 12 shades in the collection.

The product has a simple-looking design. The package is plastic and it’s color-coded with the lipstick itself.
Inside you’ll find the stick with the product.
The top cap opens easily and closes tightly. You can be sure that it won’t pop open in your purse, as many other lipsticks.

Smell: I can’t say that the lipstick smells pleasantly. It smells like a lipstick from the 90s. Luckily, the aroma fades away very quickly.
Texture:
The lipstick offers a really lightweight texture. It literally feels as though it melts over my lips when I apply it. The finish looks glossy, like of a lip gloss, though it doesn’t seem tacky or gooey.
My impressions of use:
I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews of this lipstick online. As for me, I’m absolutely delighted with it 100%.
The lipstick stays on my lips for about 3 hours and then I have to touch it up.
It’ll easily live through a snack, though.
The application is easy-breezy. The product doesn’t leave any white or streak finishes behind.
I like wearing it because it feels really comfortable on my lips. It doesn’t tighten my lips and on my contrary, I experience some moisture while wearing it.
The color is a bomb! It’ll be so great for the summer. The shade doesn't look vibrant, yet it makes my makeup look lightweight and neat.
The lippie doesn’t feather or bleed and in general my lips look supple with it on.
So now I want to buy more colors for me from this collection.
The only gripe about this product is its spending. But I deem it’ll be enough to use up during the summer.
I highly recommend you to pay attention to this product.
