Today, let’s talk about lipstick! Liquid lipstick. Liquid matte lipstick. Liquid matte lipstick by OFRA!
While I was thinking about whether to write the review of it or not, all the lettering faded. These colors were chosen for me by a make-up artist.

The lipstick is really long-lasting. It’s impossible to wash it off with water and soap. I could hardly do that with micellar water only.

In general, I like them. But, when I apply the darker color, I usually use the brush, as even the smallest mishap is seen.
The first one
Color: LAGUNA BEACH
Cool, neutral, nude pink. It’s usually used in wedding make-up. I use it for a smart, business-like and daily make-up.

SANTA ANA - cool, red wine color, it’s very noble, dark, but muted. It’s also ideal for daily make-up when the eye make-up isn’t very bright.

Mica, Cyclopentasiloxane, Isododecane, Tridecyl Trimellitate, Cyclohexasiloxane, Disteadimonium Hectorite, Hydrogenated Polydecene, Bis-Diglyceryl Polyacyladipate-2, Methicone, Titanium Dioxide, Tricaprin, Hydrated Silica, Aluminum Hydroxide, Aluminum Starch Octenylsuccinate, Talc, Hydrogenated Polybutene, Aroma, Propylene Carbonate, Phenoxyethanol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Cyclotrisiloxane, Ethylhexyglycerin. The ingredients are very simple. There are no ingredients that take care of your lips, but also has no harmful ones like:
- alcohol (which damages the skin cells, destroys collagen fibers - which is responsible for elasticity, and elastin. It leads to the loss of moisture, and hence volume and as a consequence say hello to wrinkles)
- perfume agent (it irritates the skin, hence the skin loses the ability to rejuvenate itself)
Phenoxyethanol is the least harmful ingredient.

It’s creamy and easy to apply evenly. The pigmentation is nice and the product doesn’t flow out of the contours. I apply it without lip pencil. All matte lipsticks dry out our lips. So, before the lipstick application, I apply some lip oil, and whilst I do my make-up, it nourishes and moisturizes my lips. When it's time to apply the lipstick, there’s already no oil left and my lips are ready for the matte lipstick.
You need to scrub your lips twice a week to make matte lipstick look beautiful in your lips. So, I advise you to use this homemade lip scrub:
Recipe:
- cane sugar (brown)
- honey
- jojoba and almond oils
Mix all the ingredients till the lip scrub consistency.
It’s a great thing without any preserving and perfume agents, or any other harmful ingredients.
