I know that many girls do not appreciate the trend of matte lips. So today I’d like to show you beautiful nude creamy lipsticks.
I’ve been using the Rimmel lippies for a long time, but then I was taken by the matte tones. This time I decided to choose creamy products again and purchased Rimmel ‘The only One’ lipstick in two shades.
Both shades have the same properties. The finish is creamy and so pretty. The lipstick applies evenly and coats well. It doesn’t transfer and gives a gorgeous glossy finish.
It is so pigmented, that even the nude shade covers my natural lip color on the first try completely.
The red shade is more long-lasting than the nude one. What I particularly like about this lipstick is that you can rub the product with a napkin just a little and get a beautiful velvet finish.
The nude shade lasts 3-4 hours on me and comes off gradually. It tops up easily. The red tone wears up to 5 hours. It absorbs somehow and looks like a lip tint. I love it.
In terms of the smell, I can’t describe it properly. By the way, you can feel the scent in the packaging only. The fragrance is very cold. I know it sounds odd, but I can’t put it differently. The main thing is that the smell doesn’t disturb me.
The lipstick is easy to use, but I prefer applying the red shade with a brush for a precise application.
Now I’ll show you both hues in action.
700 Naughty Nude shade is not the nude you all got used to. It is not beige or brown.
It is perfectly rose with a hint of peach.
Right off the bat, the shade looks different against every skin type.
I have pale skin and dark hair, so it is more rose on me. The color is wearable, so I advise you to try it.
510 Best of the Best is a red shade that doesn’t look so cold on me as on other girls.
The shade is surprisingly warmer on me, but I like it, as I have tons of cold tones in my makeup bag.
Volume: 3.4 g
Price point: $8
I highly recommend both shades!
Thanks for spending your time with me…
