Has any of you already had a chance to test out this new SuperFan mascara from Smashbox?
I have! I've already assessed it and now I’m eager to share my thoughts on it with you and show you some pictures😉
I bought this mascara with such set:
It’s perfect to meet the brand for the first time. :)But today I have only a review of this mascara.
Brief info:

Design: it’s awesome. An elegant glossy tube is colored red. It doesn’t collect scratches and the lettering stays on overtime. It’s so attractive.
The tube doesn’t provide much info.
I found the list of ingredients on the box:
The aroma is rather potent, which is common for all mascaras.
The brush is silicone with two types of bristles of different sizes. It’s convenient, especially for my eye corners. However, there’s too much of the product on it all the time, that’s why it stains my skin.
For a couple of days after opening, its consistency is a tad runny and it requires some time to dry a little and later it applies much better.
Shade: blackest black.
My eyelashes are short with fair tips:
Effect:
The product covers my lashes very well on the first go. It lifts them up and visually adds length due to the fair tips coverage. It doesn’t form clumps. I wish there was more volume.
My lashes are coated with one layer:
The second layer makes them clumped a lot.

Not attractive, is it? So, I have to comb them through with a metal brush.
Thank God the formula doesn’t set too quickly, and I have some time to do so.
My lashes aren’t stiff with it on. But I wish my lashes would look smoother and neat with this mascara. Here I take it as an issue. For a better understanding, I made a collage with the before, in action and after results.
And one more from another angle to show you the lift. Here are two coats of the mascara on
It performs well throughout the day: nothing smudges, falls out and the lift is still there.
I remove it with micellar water or a facial cleanser (actually, I don’t appreciate the second option, but I still tried it out).
The product doesn't conflict with my contacts.
No allergic reaction was caused and my lashes don’t fall out with this mascara.
I can’t assume that I’m head over heels with this mascara, but it didn’t upset me either.
I like how it covers my lashes and lifts them. However, I still have to spend some time to comb them through and make them appear more or less separated and neat. In the photo, I didn’t comb them through. You can also see that my eyelids are stained with the formula a little. Well, I showed you all the truth as it is.
