Today we’ll speak about the new product from Tom Ford - Lip Spark in the shade Dazed.

Once I saw this glistening beauty from one of the beauty bloggers, I fell for it. I knew that I wanted it and would definitely buy for me once it’s available in stores. I started to look through the Sephora website daily, anticipating my desired purchase. And finally, a month on, it’s here!
The official site offers 12 shades of this lippie.
For a long time, I couldn’t decide on which one to chose, I was running between dark red Stunner and berry-pink Dazed. In the end, I finally went for the second option.

Packaging:
Amazing! The lipstick came packed in a silver paper box. The brand and the shade name were all given on top of it. Also, they state the weight of the product, only 3g in total.

And inside… The casing is glossy, either metallic or plastic. I want to believe it’s metallic because the product feels rather heavy in my hands. It has the TF cut in there and a sticker, as always on the bottom. The casing stole my heart away! However, it still pisses me off because it’s very easy to stain. It feels like even if I just look at it, it already gets stained. Glossy casing, as it is.

So, let’s pass over the lipstick itself 
No doubt, it’s officially the most beautiful lipstick that I’ve ever seen in my life! It seems like it's dusted with teeny-tiny speckling diamonds! The sparkle is out of this world!

I want to apologize for a ton of similar photos but the product looks different at different angles!
I fell for it because of this magnificent sparkle. When you first look at it, you might have a thought that the stick is wrapped with some glitter cloth. The shimmer is flawless here.
Just look at it. It’s bewildering, isn't it?

Consistency:
It’s very creamy and pigmented. Even though the color kickback is awesome, the product can still be packed. The first application renders some color payoff as well as glitter finish.

In the collage photo, I applied 2-3 layers of it. Each time the color payoff is brighter and less shimmering. It appears dope on my lips! However, I’d never recommend wearing it without lip lining beforehand. You see, the shimmer is always about to run away from my lips.

Staying power:
Well, actually, I don’t even know what to say. I get that it isn’t a matte long-wearing lipstick that would stay the entire day on my lips. This is a regular creamy texture. Naturally, if you don’t eat or drink, the color will hold up to 2 hours. However, you’ll have to use either micellar water or cleansing oil to get rid of those shimmering bits from your lips.
So, the staying power is 3.5.
Given all that, I conclude that it won’t go a long way. I mean, I have to touch-up 4 times if I wear it from 12 pm to 8 pm. Well, not really touch-up but apply again.
So, huge spending.
And since we’ve already started speaking of drawbacks -
Comfortable wear:
The product is super detectable on my lips! I mean I always feel that glitter and can’t forget about it at all! It feels like I’m wearing glitter from a Christmas ball.
It’s good that my lips aren’t dry when I wear the lippie. They even feel moisturized. But it’s only when the product is on. Once I take it off with a cleansing oil, my lips turn into hell. They’re super dry and tugged. I can relive it with a super nourishing lip balm.
The bottom line:
So, what do I’ve got to say? Objectively, I can’t recommend this Lip Spark from Tom Ford. I just can’t. The price is super high but the staying power costs no more than a cent. It’ll freak you out to touch it up all the time and save your lips from the dry finish afterwards.
But, it’s beautiful, isn’t it?
