A setting spray used to be a product, which I couldn’t find a use of until the time came.
However, since my makeup bag was growing, as well as my knowledge, I wanted to try such a spray just to figure out whether I need it or not.
General info:
Size: 30ml
Made in Italy
Skin type: for any skin type
About my skin: I’m in my thirties, my skin is problematic, mixed with an oily T-zone and normal-dry (depending on the season) cheeks and temples. Sometimes I suffer occasional breakouts, acne scars and enlarged pores.
🍀 Outward appearance 🍀
I got this babe from the Sephora beauty box. It looks exactly like its bigger version.
The spray here is standard, though it creates a massive cloud around me with some occasional huge drops. It’s more a drawback, rather than a plus. But in general, I can’t say that it somehow affects my makeup.
🍀 Use 🍀
The spray can be used in three different ways: as a primer, as a setting spray and as a midday refresher.
🍀 Results 🍀
I didn’t like it as a primer spray. It felt as though it was tightening my skin and there was no moisture at all.
However, it worked great as a keeping my makeup in place. It really looked as though the spray deprived me of all the cakeyness and set my makeup.
And they also recommend using it as a midday refresher over applied makeup. That’s a treat, which is so pleasant on the other hand, given that I’m obsessed with the coconut smell. I can’t say that this aroma will bring you back to life if you have an original hangover, but it’ll definitely refresh your skin and maybe make you feel better. I haven’t tried using it after a drunk night.

Well, the components are so-so. Nothing too dangerous but not so many wholesome ones either.
Overall:
The good:
💗 it sets my makeup;
💗 it refreshes;
💗 nice smell.
The bad:
💔 If I use it as a primer, it tightens my skin a little;
💔 the spray pump isn’t of good quality.
I liked this product. If I don’t find a more affordable dupe, I’ll buy the full size because I like how it sets my makeup and of course it smells so pleasant.
Thanks for reading my review till the end :)
