When I was absolutely exhausted with all my finicky and applying-like-hell foundations, I set off for looking through makeup tips where I found out that there were such products available like makeup primers (yeah, I’m 27 and I hadn’t known anything about them before). (-.-\\))
It didn’t take me long to go and buy one of them for me. :)Actually, I can’t even recollect the moment when I had a look at any other primers except this one. I just bumped into the Urban Decay Stand and that’s it.
I want to say it here - before that moment I didn't know anything about this brand or any high-end products.
≺⋆≻ It’s really wise of them, you know - not to reveal the prices on stands. You can know them only by asking the sales rep. But when you’ve already tested it out, applied and swatch the product on your hand, it’s always difficult to walk out without this purchase regardless of the price they say.
And this is what actually happened when they swatched this product over the back of my hand. I was flabbergasted.

it does really erase the appearance of pores and fine lines!
I tried my best to catch this result with my camera. But you’ll know what I mean only when you touch it yourself!
I recommend that you do it.

Unfortunately, my camera isn’t good enough to show you the difference with my foundation application before and after the application. I can just put it into words!
It's like night and day!
You can go through all that mumbo-jumbo like right face wash, pH level monitoring, bothering with moisturizers but if your skin isn’t good and affected by dry air in winter and frost, you won’t get by without a foundation primer. I can’t imagine how I could get by without it before.
With this primer from Urban Decay, even my affordable foundation stopped defining all my skin woes. And my complexion looks so smooth with it. My skin appears perfected, as though like a doll.
My thicker and stick foundation, which I also used to love wearing even without this primer, used to apply well over my oily skin (well, I wasn’t dreadfully oily), now it applied a tad worse, sometimes giving me flakey skin but the coverage stays put throughout the day and doesn’t smudge.
I was a little bit embarrassed with the color of the product which is fair. But the sales girls assured me that it was alright and universal. I hope that’s true and in summer I won’t have to turn down on this primer.
It can also be worn without any foundation over but just like a pore eraser for nose and forehead.

The ingredients are enriched with rosehip and argan oils.
Shelf life: 24 months.
Actually, the consumption is so low that I’m sure it’ll go a very long way. I won’t have to save up on it. 
And now, let’s get admired with the matte glass tube of the product.
It isn’t the most lightweight in the world but it makes the tube so safe. It won’t break down even if I accidentally drop it! Besides, such product must go a long way after all.
