After I’ve tried out a few nail products from Sally Hansen, I can say for certain that they all deserve 5 stars. They are easy to use, are of great quality and are reasonably priced.
This top coat is not for gel lacquers, no; it’s for regular nail polishes which don’t require an UV or LED lamp.
I really like this black paunchy bottle.
There wasn’t much information on the bottle, though, but it’s not a big deal.
The brush is fine, thick and dense, and pretty wide. Just the right size. It’s handy to apply the nail lacquer with.
At first, the formula is pretty runny. It becomes thicker eventually. I haven’t had any problems with application. The top coat is easy to apply without chips, bumps or uneven areas.
The smell isn’t sharp.
According to the manufacturer’s promises, this top coat is supposed to keep your mani fresh and perfect for 2 weeks, when used in combination with the Miracle Gel Nail Polish, without any lamp. Sweet couple 
I’ve tried them out and can testify: it wasn’t a lie. My manicure lasts 10 days, but I wash windows, wash dishes with harsh kitchen sponges, work in the garden etc. I think those who don’t have to work with their hands can wear such a mani infinitely long.
Usually I do my nails the following way:
First of all, I clean and degrease my nails and push the cuticles back. Then, I apply three coats of the nail polish and let it dry. Then, I apply 1-2 coats of this top coat. It dries very fast!
Under these top coats, even glitter particles stay on the nails for a very long time.
Then I thought: why not try this with other nail polishes? And as it turned out, it worked too.
I’m not a nail polish addict, and you can see it in the photos. I apply nail polish quite rarely. It’s such a shame when you spent a lot of time doing your nails, and then the nail polish starts peeling and chipping. But this this top coat - why not?
With other nail polishes in combination with this top coat, my mani lasted like 4-5 days. And it’s great, cause I don’t wear any gloves when I perform my household chores.
Again, I tried to add some glitter…:) I don’t have special glitter for manicure, so I took those for the body.
In the photo below, my manicures are shown as they are after a few days.
I apply the nail polish and the top coat in different ways: sometimes it’s 3 coats of the polish and 1 coat of the top, sometimes it’s 2 coats of the nail polish and 2 coats of the top etc. Everything is fine either way.
My nails look shiny and healthy, and my manicure dries faster, and the lasting power is great...Plus, the price is really affordable. There are so many pros, and simply no cons!
Recommended for those who don’t like gel lacquers, but like having colorful nails. It’s such a quick and easy way to do your nails with this.
