Today I’m going to share my thoughts on a skincare set for sensitive skin from Andalou Naturals.
The cream Heavenly Night Cream, 1000 Roses passed my test.
I have dry skin, which is sensitive and prone to irritation in winter. This kit has become a real help against irritations this winter.
It consists of 5 products:
Day and Night creams, Toner, Mask and an Exfoliator.
I purchased this kit on iherb.com. The volume of this tube is 12 ml and the full-size product comes with 50 ml and retails for about $25.

The ingredients are very beneficial and impressive as well as those in a Day Cream of the family. Here we can find the real bouquet of different beneficial extracts as opposed to various drugstore creams.
The night cream is rich in the nourishing ingredients like Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride and Sunflower Seed Oil. By the way, this oil is almost at the top of the list and may be comedogenic. It may be something to consider if you have some issues with your pores.
As for more nourishing ingredients, it has Olive Squalane, Plant Stem Cells, Shea Butter, Rose Hip Fruit Oil and Pomegranate Seed Oil. The plant extracts included in this product have an antioxidant and soothing effect.
According to the ingredients, the cream also has an anti-aging effect and smoothes fine lines, although the manufacturer didn’t promise anything of the kind. Well, enough with the ingredients and promises. Let’s move onto the performance.
Packaging, consistency and smell.
As I’ve already said, the cream comes with 12 ml. At first I thought that it would suffice only for a few applications, but I’ve been using it for 2 months now and it doesn’t go anywhere. By the way, the packaging I have is more hygienic than the full-size version.
You can just squeeze the necessary amount through a thin nozzle. The cream itself is pink and has a very lightweight texture. It doesn’t look like a heavy nourishing night cream. The smell is nice and floral and differs from the Day Cream of the range just a teeny bit.
My feel. I don’t have many requirements to night creams. They have to nourish my skin well, smell nice and absorb completely.
This product is quite economical due to its lightweight texture. It spreads out easily and leaves neither greasy/tacky film nor taut skin.
It soaks in instantaneously. After application my skin feels refreshed and moisturized. At the beginning some oiliness actually lacked for me. To be honest, I love oily formulas in night creams.
After a few applications, my skin got used to it and nothing lacked me anymore.
If I had the full size, I would have probably left it for spring, when my skin would still be irritated, but not so dry. However, I worried to lose all these small tubes, plus I really wanted to try everything I purchased.
I think that this cream won’t probably satisfy the girl with overly dry skin and I don’t know if it helps against dry patches really. The girl with sensitive and irritation-prone skin would most likely love it.
Also, it seems to me that it ensures a mattifying finish.
As for me, I have neither redness nor irritation in my smile lines now, which actually appear in winter, when the heating system works too intensely, when it’s freezing cold outside and when the temperature changes too quickly.
My skin feels great at the moment and it’s a very rare occasion when I don’t want to add anything else in my skincare routine, although I usually lack in moisture, nourishment or anything else I don’t even know what.
Summary: I recommend this cream. More than that, I recommend trying the whole kit. I think it’s quite convenient to use. I believe that this night cream will be especially good for girls that are not much into thick and oily textures, but want to get enough moisture and nourishment.
The cream has really wholesome ingredients and a melting and lightweight consistency. The product is easy and nice to use, but the main thing is that it delivers on the promise.
