Hello there!
I want to talk about this legendary concentrate by Estee Lauder. They all usually claim that it’s their best-selling product and I can really see why.
I heard of this product from a beauty blogger I trust (because all the products that she advises work well on my skin), this is why I actually decided to give it a shot myself.
Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Recovery
Product promises:
Powerful nighttime renewal for radiant, youthful-looking skin. Instantly adds radiance. Intensely hydrates.
Advanced Night Repair significantly reduces the look of key signs of aging.
It maximizes the power of skin's natural nighttime renewal with our exclusive ChronoluxCB™ Technology. Also includes Hyaluronic Acid, nature’s “moisture magnet,” to help lock in moisture.
Lines and wrinkles look significantly reduced. More than 75% of women felt their skin looked more youthful in just 4 weeks. Skin feels smoother, hydrated, stronger. 82% felt their skin was immediately hydrated. Skin looks younger, radiant, more even toned. 83% felt their skin looked healthier, fresher, more rested in just 4 weeks.
You can buy it in beauty shops or order online as well.
The product comes with two sizes: 1.7oz and 3.9oz.
Price for the 1.7oz is $98 and $188 for the 3.9oz tube.
The concentrate is housed in a heavy glass (which is so advantageous) tube.
There’s a really handy glass-dropper. It really allows me to use as much of the product as needed and not to touch the formula with my fingers.
There was also a really big instruction sheet provided. Look how huge it is.
I don’t understand a thing in the lists of ingredients, but it feels like I’d better attach it as well for you.
Consistency-wise, the product is a tad oily and yellow.
The aroma is here, though it’s barely detectable and I’ll never get tired of it.
The sinking of the product into my skin is pretty fast, so you have to be quick during application.
Honestly, I have to say that 2-3 drops of the product aren’t enough for my skin. I use about a full glass dropper size of the product for my face, and about a half of that amount more for my neck.
As I’ve already mentioned, the product sinks in very quickly. It doesn’t leave any sticky or oily residue behind, which is one of the most important things for me, aside active performance in any product. This is why I use this product only overnight, because it’s logical, since it’s a Night Repair complex. I do it the following way:
1. I cleanse my skin with the Bioderma micellar water
2. Then I wash my face with the Dr Jart + foam
3. Then I use the Clinique clarifying lotion type 3 every 2-3 days.
4. And the last goes this Night Repair complex.
5. Sometimes I can also use the Elemis moisturizer, which means that I can pair it with the concentrate!
So now my impressions of use
Literally after the first use I could see that my face skin has become evened out and more healthy-looking!
Aside these effects, my skin also looked fresher.
I can’t comment upon the acne reducing or its healing, because I don’t have it. At all.
But I can comment upon the way this complex, plus other skin care products that I use, of course, affect my enlarged pores. The pores on my nose has really become less detectable and smaller after using this concentrate! It’s such a great result for me, because I’ve been fighting with this problem for a really long time.
My skin is so soft and pleasant to the touch!
The product doesn’t clog my pores at all! Which is one more advantage of the complex.
As for my wrinkles and fine lines, well it’s difficult to monitor the situation here, you know. But I can say that they have reduced and that’s true.
You’d better use this product for 2 weeks in a row to see more or less detectable results. It’s always difficult to get whether the product works well or not on the first go.
And of course, I have to tell you - don’t wait for the WOW-result! You won’t get it! The thing is that with this complex my skin has started to change for the better. Now it looks healthier and more beautiful.
So, I conclude that I’m delighted with this Estee Lauder and I really advise it to everybody!
P.S. Now, I’m testing the Aurelia complex and I love it even more than this one, though it’s more pricey. I found the perfect way for me - to alternate these complexes one after the other.
