Not so much time ago, I received this deluxe sample of Fresh Sugar Advanced Therapy Lip Treatment as a thank you present from Sephora. I’ve tested out many products from this brand and they were all great and pleasant. This balm is the same.

So, the fill weight of this deluxe sample is 2.2g. The full size offers 4.3g.

The packaging is convenient. When I twist it down, the top cap clicks. That ensures no occasional pop opening. I can feel free to carry it in my purse or makeup bag and be sure that I would never face an unpleasant surprise. I guess we all have faced such a situation when your lipstick popped opened and stained the inside of your purse.
The smell is pleasant, like a blend of citrus, floral and fruity notes. I can explain that with the list of ingredients. It’s super, starting with the beeswax and jojoba seed oil and finishing with the grape seed oil and black currant.

It’s easy-breezy to apply because the texture is pleasant and soft. The moisture is immediate. My lips appear covered with a natural pink color. I have my product in the shade Sheer Pink. The collection also has a Translucent one.
My lips are soft, smooth and prepped for a lipstick/lip gloss application and already look good. I use it as a primer for my matte lipsticks. It’s awesome as a primer. My lips are never dry or tugged afterwards.

I’m very pleased with the results. I’m sure that I’ll buy the full size of it. However, the sample goes such a long way that it won’t happen in the nearest future.
