Lancome always has something to surprise us with. And this time we’ll talk about the gel-like facial mask from a high-end collection Absolue Precious Cells.
It comes as a part of the Assemblage collection, where they offer a combination of rose petal extract and centifolia rose extract. Look at this fresh, saturated and gel-like texture, infused with genuine rose petals. It comes packed with a glass jar. The jar stands out with its sleek design and branded top cap.
Inside there is a yummy “jam” waiting for us.

What does it do?

I usually apply the mask over my cleansed face and neck skin. I store the jar with the product in the fridge for a more soothing and refreshing result. I leave the product on for 5-10 minutes then wash it off with warm water. I can use it in the AM as well as PM.
Yet still most of all I like using it in the morning after waking up - its gentle gel like texture of rose petals feels so soft on my skin. As a result, I get beautifully moisturized skin, ready for makeup application. The rose smell isn’t potent and in general, it’s difficult to make out. Such a lightweight aroma.
It nicely stimulates cell renewal and gently soothes the skin from redness and irritation on my face. A valuable mixture of three rose extracts helps to reveal the glow of my skin.

Here the mask is applied with a thin coat, I left out my under eye and lip area. I had some irritation and reddening on my nose. In the end, the mask calmed my skin down and beautifully canceled out the appearance of reddening.

I take this product as a worthy one, as it really rejuvenates and refreshes my skin. It’ll suit all skin types, including even the most sensitive ones. You’ll definitely feel your skin smooth, refreshed and plumped with moisture! The only gripe might be the price tag of the product. It’s luxury as it is!
If you have a chance to test this product, then don’t even hesitate a minute! Give it a try! The moisture is there for 12 hours! I proved it myself. For better results, I advise you use this mask morning and night. And only after that pass over to the other skin care steps (a serum and a moisturizer).
