This is the first time I tried a skincare product from Lancome. I’d like to bring my thoughts on the Advanced Genifique eye scream.

The cream comes in a tamper-proof film.
At the bottom you can find a batch code and an engraved unique code that can be found at the bottom of the glass tub as well.
Every Lancome product has a symbol of the brand, which is a rose that implies femininity, elegance and nobility.
Also, it has writing that says: Ferment Extracts.
I don’t remember seeing such writing on any other brand.

The cream is white and has a cooling gel-like and a little bit oily formula. It smells like roses in a tub, but the scent is undetectable on my skin.
It spreads out fuss-free and absorbs completely in about 30 seconds, leaving my skin refreshed, moisturized and very nice to the touch.
It absorbs very quickly, which is extremely important for me when it comes to putting on makeup in the morning.
It doesn’t conflict with makeup products and a concealer stays put the entire 8-hour shift at work.
Looking into the mirror, I was impressed!
I’m usually on the fence about such products with promising claims, but this cream did smooth out my wrinkles and some fine lines and made the skin around my eyes a little thicker.
In the mirror I saw that my eyelids looked blurred and refreshed as if I was on vacation somewhere at sea.
As for the dark circles, I can’t say anything about it. I think that nothing helps my dark circles and puffy eyes better than a healthy 8-hour sleep without everyday morning rises at 5:50 am.
Other than that, the cream is awesome.
