I purchased the Pacifica Vital Immersion Deep Hydration Mask because I believed all those positive reviews under it in the online shop.
I’m in my thirties and have combination skin with slightly enlarged pores.
I bought the mask in April, because I was looking for a moisturizer for dehydrated skin. It’s my first product from Pacifica, but after I learned more about them, I realized that their packaging isn’t eye catching yet looks pretty solid.
Maybe you can judge the book by its cover, but it’s not the case. This moisturizer is truly amazing! It’s a treasure packaged in a jar, enriched with rice protein, grape seed oil and jasmine.

The mask is white and creamy, with a light scent. It’s pretty pleasant to use.
I apply it onto clean skin. It forms a thick layer, which doesn’t feel heavy, though. The mask doesn’t dry, it melts and somehow gets eaten by the skin. It doesn’t come off or clog my pores or feel sticky.
It’s recommended to leave it on for 30 minutes and then wash the mask off with cool water.
But since I use this face in the evening, I leave it overnight and get baby-smooth skin and fresh complexion in the morning. My skin feels soft and silky, as though I don’t need a daily moisturizer at all.
A little bit goes a long way. I’m halfway through my jar, even though I’ve been using this mask since April, once or twice a week.

Directions: Apply a thin layer to face and décolletage. For best results, leave on for 30 minutes or more. For intensive therapy, leave on overnight. Remove with water.
Even though lately I prefer clay masks, this one has become a pleasant exception, because it’s easy to use and provides a visible and long-lasting effect.
