Today, I want to tell you about a product which has quickly become viral and super popular among beauty bloggers.
Maybe this will be my review that will stop you from purchasing this failed product.

It’s not a secret that fall/winter times are the best for different peelings, exfoliation and skin renewal in general. And we all have already heard a lot about acid skin care.
This is actually the reason I bought this product.
This scrub, I want to name it like this, was bought from Sephora.
Pixi Peel & Polish is actually a peeling solution which is infused with natural fruit enzymes and lactic acid.
Manufactured in the USA.

Lactic acid is one of the gentlest acids out there. It can be used even over sensitive and dry skin types. It’s aimed at gentle exfoliation and hydration.
Well, this is what I was hoping to get from it.
About my skin:
- It’s of normal type in winter and in summer it’s more mixed.
- There are some freckles over my skin, as well as some acne spots.
- My nose also has some couperosis.
- Almost no acne.
Nota Bene
I used to use the product all over my face, gently distributing it all over, excluding my nose area.
The scrub is full of peeling bits, which are prohibited to skin with couperosis!!!
I left in on for 3-4 minutes and then rinsed it off with water, touching my skin very gently.
I won’t recommend you massage your skin with this product on, especially if your skin is thin and sensitive.
I used to use it 1-2 times a week.
Smell:
Fruity, which is logical when we look at the list of ingredients. The smell is rather potent. It’s difficult to confuse me with the smell, I’m always more into the characteristics aspect.
Overall:
- This product nicely polishes my skin
- It can be damaging and cause skin irritation if one uses it actively
- My skin feels soft and hydrated
- My complexion looks smooth
- It’s long and unpleasant to wash off
- There are a lot of side effects because of all those peeling beads in the formula
I wish the product didn’t have those aggressive peeling beads. The product feels like I’m applying a scrub from a dollar store, but is 20 times more expensive, though.
I won’t use it for my face anymore.
