The last six months have been marked by the appearance of a large amount of American skincare on my beauty shelf. Even though I adore Korean skincare, sooner or later everyone will want to try out something new and broadly advertised on all known social platforms.
Sunday Riley is just like that. The brand gained all its hype, especially online. They say much about it which only pushed me for purchasing of 4 their products at once. One of them is this Sunday Riley Ceramic Slip Cleanser.
Price - $35.00
Size - 150ml (full size)
Made in the USA
Shelf life - 12 months
The product wasn’t tested on animals.
The tube is classy and soft with a flip-top cap.
The packaging isn’t the best. You see, the tube is too soft for the formula and I always get more product than I need.
Gentle, plant-based cleanser pulls out impurities while pulling in clean hydration, for smaller-looking pores and a clean, radiant complexion.
A blend of four gentle, plant-based soaps that lift up and wash away dirt and impurities without stripping the skin. French green clay pulls dirt, oil, pollution, and makeup out of the pores while rice oil esters protect the skin from dehydration. Impurities are pulled out, clean hydration is pulled in. Formulated as a universal, foaming cleanser for even the most sensitive skin, Ceramic Slip leaves all skin types softer, cleaner, balanced, and radiant. Extremely gentle, this deep cleaning cleanser can be used daily, morning and night, for a healthier-looking complexion.

How to use:
Massage Ceramic Slip into the skin to remove dirt, oil, pollution and makeup. Rinse with warm water.
About the product:
It’s a runny off-white gel. It smells delicately of neroli.
The gel glides on my skin well because of its texture.
When it comes in contact with water, it almost doesn’t lather.
It rinses off quickly leaving no discomforting feelings behind.
My own impressions of use:
I was testing it during the most critical season for my skin. It was winter and I was allergic to something, besides my skin was dry, red around my mouth and suffered from dermatitis.
I used to use this product almost every morning and I can state this is one of the gentlest skin cleansers that I’ve ever tried. It did its job amazingly! It could wash off my skin sebum and leftovers of nighty skincare products with ease. It didn’t leave any negative reaction like dryness or irritation.
The spending is minimal. One pea-sized drop was enough to use all over my face. It’s only to cleanse the skin, it won’t take off your makeup. However, it’ll work fine with the leftovers of it.
The gel will suit any skin type but I’m sure you won’t fall for it if your skin is mixed or oily. I guess you’ll need more thorough cleansing rather that this gentle clean.
But if your skin is sensitive or dry, this product is exactly what you need!
I can’t recommend it highly, even though I have already bought another extra SOS tube for me. After all, the price for an item isn’t justified - $35. For this money or even lesser you can easily find a good Korean gel cleanser, thank God they can be the same results-wise.
But in fact, I’m positively impressed by this product. It does everything it's aimed for.
Thanks for reading my post!
