I want to tell you about my Loreal Mythic Oil. It isn’t my first product by the brand but definitely it's one of the best. I was dreaming a lot of trying out this very oil. I like taking care of my hair but this oil is difficult to buy in the first store I go into, and I was too lazy to look for it intentionally.
L'Oréal brings you Mythic Oil Colour Glow Oil, a rich blend of nourishing oils that work to leave colour enhanced and hair soft and manageable.
L'Oréal Mythic Oil Colour Glow Oil is a customised oil blend formulated with linseed and cranberry oil. Spritz on pre-blow dry, the oil contains UV filters to protect colour from fading and adds a finishing dazzle. For colour treated locks, the conditioning blend will leave your hair looking smooth and sleek.
The product was packed in a beautiful package. It had a cool white box with shiny decor and pattern on it. All in all I find the design very professional-looking and expensive.

Recently they changed the design of the bottle and now the product retails in a more interesting bottle which is 25 ml less. Well, the price is higher though.
The new bottle is glass and heavy. It’s nice to keep on a bathroom shelf as it looks just amazing.

I usually change the products to style and take care of my hair as sometimes it feels as though my hair gets use to this or that product. Or maybe I just do it because of my mood. 
My hair is color-treated and damaged, so I need to protect and nourish it. It’s also very important to protect my hair from the bad impact of the environment.

CRANBERRY OIL
Extraordinary nourishing properties used in ancient medicine for its high level of protective antioxidants.
UV FILTER
Added for its sun protection qualities which helps color-treated hair stay vibrant.
The product has a convenient press pump. It works nice and doesn’t shoot with a product. The pump is easy to untwist which means that I’ll find a use for the bottle once I finish it up.

It’s notable that the product has an oily formulation and it’s rather runny and not at all silicone-like, though the oil is easy to apply to the hair and it won’t leave greasy feel. It’s also very difficult to apply more than needed or overdo with it. Usually I use 2-3 pumps for my hair but even when I used 3-4 pumps my hair still looked good and beautiful. It’s never looked greasy.
This oil is very quick to sink in. I apply it to my damp hair, starting at the ends and then coming up the entire hair length. But still, most of the product I apply is on the ends.
It’s important for me that the product is heat protective. It’ll protect your hair under 230 degrees. By the way, they promise frizz control which is also very nice.
But actually for me that doesn’t play a big role since my hair is naturally straight and I can’t say that it’s frizzy.

I also want to draw your attention that the oil smells very pleasant. I don’t even know how to describe this smell right but for me the smell is rather unobtrusive and lingering. My mum sometimes uses this oil as a hand cream, as she’s just in love with the smells as much as I am. And it’s useless to explain to her that it’s a hair oil and not a hand cream at all.
The oil makes my hair super shiny. Thanks to it my hair ends are much easier to comb and in general it looks neat and taken care of.

The product goes a long way. Even though the bottle has only 100ml, it’s so heavy that it seems to go a very long way!

In general I’m delighted with this L’Oreal Professionnel Color Glow Mythic Oil. It’s very lightweight and visually makes my hair better. The ends don’t go knotty and I like the way they look on the whole. So, I can say that if you were dreaming of having this oil but you just couldn’t dare to buy, then it’s time to buy it now.
