Hi lovelies,
I’d like to share my experience of dying my hair extraordinary colors. There was a time when every other girl colored her tips unnatural colors or at least dreamt about it. I wasn’t really taken with this idea for some reasons: the hair dye would have damaged my already damaged and split ends. Plus, I didn’t actually like the result on hair.
Nevertheless, I did want to dye my hair different colors. After some research, I’d found my perfect option for colored strands! So I ordered the hair dye and nailed it.
I had not the slightest doubt about the brand, because they create awesome hair colors without ammonia that are also cruelty free and hair friendly. Moreover, you can dye even your eyelashes with their products!
I purchased it in the Atomic Turquoise shade. The product itself is blue, which startled me at the beginning.
To tell you the truth, it was quite a challenge to pick up blonde hair among my wavy and porosity hair.
I colored my hair using a foil, because I didn’t want to touch darker parts and have a disgusting hint of green. After washing and drying out your hair, you should apply the product for 30 minutes. Then you rinse it in cold water.
The information from the manufacturer:
I strongly recommend to bleach your hair before using or you get an ugly shade, unless you are a natural blonde.
The list of ingredients for those who know something about it.
- The result is just fabulous and the color is turquoise for real and that is my favorite color! You can’t imagine how happy I was at the moment.
- My hair got softer and so pleasant to the touch! I’d never expected this from an ordinary hair dye.
In the photo you can see only a few colored strands, because I was pretty new in the coloring game and decided to try it first.
Now I’d like to show you how the product comes off.
First of all, it washes off really fast, literally after washing my hair a few times. I wanted to color my whole hair badly, but decided not to do that. At that time I was obsessed with the idea of healthy, smooth and straight hair. So choosing between dying all of my hair or letting it grow, I chose the second option. But it didn’t work that way…
The hair dye stuck in my hair quite firmly and left an awful hint of green. Oh no, what happened to that beautiful turquoise?
I had to streak my hair one more time and only then I tried to wash off the hair dye again.
The hair color got green.
Then there was a horrible gap
Got it straight
Now my hair has grown and came back to its natural structure. However, I was happy to have this turquoise color in my hair. The wear was unforgettable!
I hope my review was helpful for you. Wish you happiness and bright hair
