Pour some milk into it. Try not to add too much, it must reach the line, otherwise the milk foam may overflow through the nozzle.

I have to note that the foam depends mostly on the fat content of your milk. One shouldn’t expect much volume from low fat milk. In my case, I used whole milk. Also, don’t try to froth cream, it simply won’t foam up.First I put the foam into my cup, then slowly pour my coffee in there.
Sometimes when I don’t feel lazy I can decorate all this with chocolate or cinnamon.
I don’t add sugar, though I can mix my milk with syrup or vanilla before frothing it, which makes the foam fragrant and the coffee tastier.
I can totally recommend this Oursson Frother if there is no built-in cappuccino maker in your coffee machine or if you simply like aromatic coffee with tasty froth.
