I have a fair skin tone, especially in winter, so it’s difficult for me to find a flattering blush for it to look natural and not stand out.
And you know, a year ago I found my ideal blush.
All theBalm products are run in a pin-up style. And this blush is in no way an exception. The packaging is made of thick cardboard with a magnet closure. It has a full size mirror inside.
The blush itself is of tender pink cool-toned color that will be a find for all Snow Whites like me. The formula is soft and very well packed with pigment. When I touch it with a brush, I can see it dusting a little.
The application is fine as well as blending. On my skin it looks like my natural flush. In the photos the product looks matte, though it's actually not. There are teeny-tiny shimmer particles to it which aren’t visible on the skin.
The product really goes a long way. I use it almost everyday. I apply it with my Real Techniques Blush Brush.
I also like wearing it as eyeshadows. In this picture, I used this blush as a blending color.
For me, theBalm Down Boy Blush is one of the best!
