Hello everyone!
Today I’d like to review one of the recent launches from Benefit, which is a delicate highlighter of the Dandelion Twinkle range.
It came out as an addition to the blush and recently launched a liquid highlighter, which has a similar design.
I love Benefit products so much that I can’t help but purchase their new product whether they are good or bad
Just look at these rose gold packages! How could I resist the temptation and not buy them?!
The packaging is as always on top. The product comes in a paper package with a magnetic closure. It’s covered with a rose gold foil material.
Made in the USA.
Volume: 1.5 g against 3 g of a full-size version.
Also, it has a tiny mirror that I don’t use and a brush on a plastic layer. The brush is extremely sturdy, badly cut and sheds.
As I rule I had brushes of better quality with the other Benefit products.
Ingredients:
The product is powdery and tightly packed. It’s also very dusty when applying even to the softest brush. I recommend you sweep away the brush properly before applying. Otherwise you're gonna have dusty particles all over your face.
The whole Dandelion range is thought to be very lightweight and natural like a dandelion. It is to make your skin glowing, highlighted and refreshed.
So, I knew that this highlighter won’t give me the glow ‘visible from space.’ The color is nude pink and highlights my skin very gently.
There are no huge glistening particles. It gives such a pure and muted glow.
You can see this in the picture below. We get a glowing nude shade that looks quite pale when compared to classy highlighters, but this product is awesome. It’s buttery and gives a delicate and soft glow.

The glow is definitely noticeable on my skin, but it’s very gentle and not flashy.
Do I like this product?
Yes. I don’t always put on makeup. Sometimes I use only a concealer and a powder, but I need a highlighter to make my skin a little bit glowing. Applying a brighter highlighter like that from Becca or the Balm Mary-Lou, my no makeup face will look ridiculous.
Recommend?
It’s up to you. If you are into a delicate glow, then I definitely recommend you try it. If you are fond of a nude and hardly noticeable makeup like me, then yes again. If you love a bright glow, this product is not for you and it will probably disappoint you.
I have a mini-size option, but you can purchase a full-size highlighter for $29 on the official website.
