Hello! This product made a lot of people fall in love with it. Famous bloggers were advertising it so much, that I definitely wanted to try Roller Lash out. That’s why I actually decided to buy this set of products (there was a good discount on it, and I was also very interested in the lip gloss too)
The full name of the product: Roller Lash Curling Mascara.
What it is:
A mascara inspired by hair rollers, this super-curling and lifting mascara gives a sexy, wide-eyed look. Its patent-pending Hook ‘n’ Roll™ brush features tiny custom-designed hooks to catch, lift, and curl even short and straight lashes.
What it does:
Roller Lash not only lifts and super-curls, but this instant curve-setting formula holds for 12 hours, is easy to remove, and contains provitamin B5 and serine, known for their lash-conditioning benefits.
Research results:
In a consumer panel survey of 31 women for 4 weeks:
- 97% said it visibly lifts lashes
- 87% said it gives long-lasting curl
- 94% said eyes look more wide open
Beauty Tip:
For super curl and length, apply Roller Lash first to curl and lift your lashes. Then layer They’re Real! lengthening mascara on top.

How it looks
My mini sized product is a bit different than the full size product. My mini is of also a very beautiful design.
The brush is of silicone and has a curled shape and a set of short bristles on the inside and longer ones, as well.
The stopper is very good. The consistency is quite thick. The color is usual black, not extra black.

My opinion:
I was surprised and upset by the product at the same time. It doesn't happens very often, but the product is quite controversial.
- 97% said it visibly lifts lashes.
Yeah, it’s true, it adds volume. Despite the good brush and the stopper, the products makes my eyelashes stick together. I applied only one layer and it looked quite “dramatic”.
Before:
The mascara, approximately after a month of using:
When it’s a tad fresher, it separates my lashes better.
- 87% said it gives long-lasting curl.
The curl is here and it stays well. I apply the mascara as the product suggests: curling and lifting the eyelashes. But, actually, I do it with all my mascaras. There’s nothing new in the way to apply it, but the curl stays there, even without the eyelash curler.
It’s quite an interesting effect, considering the fact that the eyelashes become "flexible", and not at all "hard". I can remember the times when the mascara would give my lashes the curl, but they were like cement. I even used to ruin my glasses, as the lashes were scratching the surface of the lenses.
So, Roller Lash is from a new generation of mascaras. In the photo below, I think you can see well, the curl this mascara provides you with:
- 94% said eyes look more wide open.
This fact was quite funny for me, as, in my opinion, every mascara makes your eyes look wide open.
Conclusion:
On the one hand, this mascara gives clumps and sticks my eyelashes together, on the other, it gives a nice curl. I remove it with micellar water, as it can’t be washed off with water completely. It doesn’t imprint on my eyelids. As for the curl, my eyelashes are naturally curled a little. If your lashes are straight, I don’t know if this product would curl them well. It’s a difficult question: to buy or not to buy. I won’t. But if you want to, I think it’ll be better to buy a set.
Why is it profitable to buy a set? Because there are a lot of best sellers in it. You’ll pay a little bit more, than for the mascara only, and if you are upset by the mascara, in the set there are other products to cheer you up.
By the way, the mini of 3g lasted for about 1,5 months, or maybe 1 month only. It dries and thickens very quickly.
So, 4 stars. And I won’t recommend you buy the full size.
I hope that my review was useful for you.
