Hello everybody!
Let’s talk about the product I can’t imagine my makeup without - the mascara. I don’t have any particular favorite brand that I continue buying products by, as I always buy something new and don’t actually stick to one brand only. Thanks to the Allurebox, I had a great opportunity to test the Roller Lash mascara by Benefit.
Despite the fact that my eyelashes are quite long, they don’t have a curled structure at all. So, mascara is a product my eyelashes need everyday.
A photo of my “bare” lashes:
What it is:
A mascara inspired by hair rollers, this super-curling and lifting mascara gives a sexy, wide-eyed look. Its patent-pending Hook ‘n’ Roll™ brush features tiny custom-designed hooks to catch, lift, and curl even short and straight lashes.
What it does:
Roller Lash not only lifts and super-curls, but this instant curve-setting formula holds for 12 hours, is easy to remove, and contains provitamin B5 and serine, known for their lash-conditioning benefits.
I had it in mini size of 3 ml. The full sized product has 9.5 ml.
I think the product has a very beautiful design in a pin-up style. The tube itself is of black color and the top is pink.
I liked the silicone curled bush very much, which helps apply the product evenly. From the one side the brush has long bristles, from the other - they are short.
Why do I like the Roller Lash mascara?
First of all, because it gives the great curled effect to my lashes. The look really becomes more wide open.
Secondly, it lengthens them, adding a bit of volume.
Third, during the day it doesn’t fall out. (On my eyes it can stay on well for 12 hours)
And the last, but not least, the product can be removed easily and quickly with a micellar water.
But besides the good things, I’ve found one disadvantage: if you don’t put away the excess amount the product while applying, it can give clumps. (And I usually forget to do that). That's why, I take away one star. And I also attach some photos of the product on my eyelashes:
In general, I’m pretty delighted with Roller Lash. And I recommend it for those who expect length and curl from their mascara.
Thanks for your attention!
