This is my review of the Bobbi Brown CREAMY CONCEALER KIT. I haven’t been privy with the brand but recently I found out that they have a lot of makeups. And thanks to the sales reps I bought almost everything they had to try out.

Concealer is a need for me. I guess that a lot of young moms now will understand me. On my face I always have traces of bad sleep in the form of dark under eye circles. I always conceal them, even if I stay at home.
Packaging:
Elegant classics meets us there. It’s a stylish black prolonged-shaped compact made of good quality plastic. I like that there are no frills here. On the top lid you'll find the brand’s name caption.
It closes with a click and opens up easy-breezy leaving my nails alone.
In the compact there are two products - cream concealer and powder to set it.
I also find it a huge plus that they put a big mirror in the compact so that you can touch up everywhere. It’ll be especially handy while travelling.
You can apply the product with a brush as well as with your finger. Unfortunately there wasn’t any brush provided with the kit. I had to buy it separately.
I use a synthetic brush.
The concealer applies nice with the brush as well as with fingers. I don’t even have to stretch my skin.
Fragrance
The product doesn’t have any fragrance to it. You won’t make the fragrance out even on your skin.
Of course if you put your nose straight to the compact, you’ll feel some cosmetic scent.
Consistency
It’s pleasant, creamy and melting once it touches the skin. Thanks to the melting ability the product becomes super easy to apply. No greasy feel. At first I was afraid that the compact concealer might be difficult to distribute and have a Plasticine-like consistency. But in reality the product is great. It applies delicately and doesn’t look like a mask over my face. The concealer doesn’t crease or settle into fine lines.
Shades
There are a lot of shades available of this concealer. You’ll quickly find a match. The color of the powder is also different. It varies from the fairest one, which looks almost white to the darker shades.
Yellow undertone is great to conceal blue pigment of the under eye skin.
That’s why I opted for the warm-toned concealer in the Sand shade.
In the photo you can probably see that the product is dark, though I guess that it’s my camera at fault. I have fair skin and this product suits it perfectly well.
In the picture above I applied the concealer with a thicker layer which totally matches my skin tone once blended out.
The coverage is average, semi-transparent, but the formula is buildable and you can easily build up a thicker coverage if you need to conceal a pimple, for example.
The staying power on my face is excellent. It is there on my face the whole day and I like the fact that it doesn’t show my small wrinkles. I wash it off easily with micellar water.
No drying out my skin! One more great thing about this concealer.
Spending
I think that this product will go a long way. I’ve been using it for a month and used the tiniest bit of it. The powder is also very long-lasting.

I assess this concealer with 5 stars for sure. It fights my problem so nicely. I thoroughly recommend it for everybody who is looking for a long-wearing and wear-proof product that doesn’t look like a mask on the face and provides a good coverage.
