Healthy Mix is probably the most popular range of the Bourjois brand.
I’ve tested their foundation and now I’d like to talk about their concealer.
Shade:
The shades available underwhelmed me so much. Both the foundation and the concealer are yellow.
It’s a little bit of a hassle to adjust this concealer to your skin tone and blend it out well.
Before:
I don’t have any obvious wrinkles or dark circles. My skin is only dull and has visible dark spots in the corners of my eyes.
Coverage:
Medium-thick coverage. The product doesn’t cover up the dark spot in the corner of my eye, but makes it less visible. The coverage is enough for every day. Plus, this concealer doesn’t dry out the skin around my eyes.
What to apply it with:
It spreads out and applies well. I like applying it with a synthetic brush.
Staying power:
I powder the areas with the concealer by all means. Thus it won’t crease. The staying power is medium. The product obviously fades away towards evening.
Price: ca. $12.
Generally speaking, this concealer will do for everyday use, when you don’t need great staying power or a thick coverage, but only if the shade suits you.
As far as I’m concerned, this shade is not for me.
