I don’t like foundations for summer and I don’t get them at all. When it’s boiling hot, I want to wash off everything from my face. However, I still want to look good, so I naturally have to do something. 
That’s why my attention was caught with this unique formula from Chanel.
Outer appearance: Plastic packaging with a see-through bottom. You’ll easily control the amount of the product that’s left inside. It feels very light in my hands and not actually high-end. The product provides a brush. The pump is great and dispenses as much as I need.

Smell: fresh, floral, barely there
Texture: lightweight fluid, runny water, semi-sheer
My skin: mixed, oily sheen in my T-zone and breakout prone.
Application: Most of all, I love applying it from my hand. The brush is fine but it soaks up too much of the product. Be quick when you apply and blend it so those micro-droplets don’t set in patches.
The coverage is almost undetectable on my skin. However, when I look at the BEFORE and AFTER pictures, I can see that my complexion is smoothed out and the texture is even. Also, I think my pores are blurred and skin woes are camouflaged. The product isn’t self-setting, so it remains movable.
Staying power: I can see some oily shine within 1-2 hours. But still, the coverage remains for 4-5 hours on my face.
Spending: 1-2 pump presses are enough for my entire face. The fluid will go a very long way.

My thoughts:
After application, it feels as though I have no coverage at all. The product appears very natural and fresh. Moreover, thanks to those skin-friendly ingredients, I think my skin is nurtured during the day. I don’t give a heck that there’s no mattifying effect from it. For me, some oily shine isn’t a crime.
So, I can genuinely recommend this foundation for everyone who is for “no makeup” makeup.
