Here it is - the wallet raider. So tempting and so starring - the legendary Filmstar Bronze & Glow palette from Charlotte Tilbury.
Taking the ball before the bound I have to say it’s not a must-have and one can easily get by without it. Moreover, I’m sure you already have your favorite contour/bronzing powder and a highlighter. From me, I’m saying this palette didn’t outperform anything and I still reach other products after its purchase.
Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow Palette
Packaging: it’s heavy and truly Hollywood. Thanks to the cut edging, the palette doesn’t mess up with my fingerprints. Click closure. Nice mirror inside. No sponges or other application tools.

Smell: none
Texture: gentle, silky to the touch
Characteristics of the palette:
bronzer - very delicate coffee shade
highlighter - delicate pearl-pink shift
Application: I apply it with a densely packed brush to my cheeks and then drag the color towards my temples. I also add some shade to my eye crease, underneath my lip and contour my nose with it. The formula is buildable and the product can be packed to the desired finish which will still look natural no matter how much you apply.
As for the highlighter, I polish it into my skin. I apply it over my cheekbones, bridge of my nose and mobile lid. This one is also great to pack and blend. No skin texture showing off.

Impressions: After my huge love to the Glowgasm palette, I wanted to test out the hyped and broadly known on YouTube and among makeup artists the Filmstar Bronze & Glow palette. Right here, I say they’re different. It’s difficult to say which one is better and which one is worse. For example, it’s rather tricky to pick up the bronzer from that palette because it’s too tough. While here, the bronzer is pliant and very easy to pick up thanks to its gentle texture. The highlighters are different. Here, it’s more like satin eyeshadow while Glowgasm one shows glass and dewy finish.
As for the Filmstar quality, it’s top-notch in quality! I’ll keep on buying it unless I find the right shade for me that will be the best match for my skin.
I’m rather plain to the highlighter here. I can’t say it impressed me much. However, when I do wear it on my Cupid’s bow exactly, everyone asks me what's applied.

The bottom line: This palette is for anyone who loves nude and never vibrant skin finish. The products are to be applied gradually. You’ll never succeed at applying too much at once.
