I purchased her mascara, lipstick and this iconic lip liner.
Lip Cheat is the shade Pillow Talk.
CHARLOTTE TILBURY is a star makeup artist. If it wasn’t for her, many celebrities wouldn’t look so beautiful and impressive.
By the way, the makeup line from the gorgeous TOM FORD brand was actually her credit.
Since 2011 Charlotte launched her own makeup line. All the products from her look so high-end. However, I have something to say about their quality.

I don’t want to comment upon the ingredients list. I think that many other makeup products have the same lists. We just don’t think about it.

OUTER APPEARANCE:
All the Charlotte Tilbury products look luxurious.
The design is posh and the colors are always iconic.
My lip liner is already a little bit worn out. But when it was new, it was packed with a cool box (you’ll have to believe me).

They are VERY DRY ALL THE TIME, especially in winter, when I can’t do anything about this problem.
This is all despite me having a lip mask on every night and lip balms in each pocket. 😂

IMPRESSIONS OF USE:
📍 I use this lip liner every day when I wear lipstick (however, I have to confess that I love lip glosses more).
This color is so universal that it flatters almost all my lipsticks.
📍 The main feature of it is that it doesn’t stand out (I mean it isn’t detectable under a lipstick)
You know, it always looks so old-school when a lip liner and a lipstick are of different shades.
📍 But, unfortunately, due to my constant lip dryness (especially during the winter), I can’t use this product for filling in my lips. I have to wear it with a Lip Topper from Jouer Cosmetics. This way, everything is okay.
If I don’t apply any topper, my lips would be as dry as the Sahara desert.

So, it doesn’t flatter the Estée Lauder product (in my opinion). It’s visible there, which seems rather vulgar. It’s obvious that it’s also visible paired with lip glosses. But I usually wear my lip glosses without any lip liners.

💋 The outer appearance is cool. I can look at it forever.
💋 The color is the nudest nude (luxurious nude).
💋 It works well as a lip liner for almost any lipstick.
💋 Staying power. You won’t make it come off with water and soap. Don’t even try to rub.
Disadvantages:
✔️ I can’t fill in my lips with it, because they are dry.
✔️ Pretty expensive!

As for the quality of the mascara and the lipstick from Charlotte Tilbury:
The mascara is worth 3 stars, because it isn’t transfer-proof and its formula is too runny. However, it makes my lashes look beautiful. Well, maybe it’ll suit you if your eyelid skin is dry.
As for the lipstick, it isn’t bad (you can see it in the photo) but I don’t like its color.
OVERALL
The outer appearance of the Charlotte Tilbury products is on the level with Tom Ford makeup. But I can’t assess it with 5 stars, unfortunately…
But everything must be tested...
I can recommend this lip liner to the people to love using lip liners and have pretty good and moisturized lips.
